The average person moves 11.7 times throughout their life. According to a study conducted by the United States Census Bureau, the average person will move their household 11.7 times over the course of their entire lifetime. In fact, statistical data show that the average American moves once every 5 years. The reasons behind each move are much more personal and unique than mere numbers.

These statistics are a boon for the real estate industry. However, the sequence of steps necessary to capture a larger number of qualified leads that can lead to more listings & closings by Realtors are for the most part slightly out of whack.

A lot of Realtors utilize social media in conjunction of their real estate websites, but often fail to capture qualified leads due to not taking advantage of a simple 3-step process that can significantly increase the number of qualified leads they are seeking online.
